The Apiary
Is at the junction of Stockdove Way and Argyle Road, in Perivale, Middx.. and we meet here in spring, and summer, when the weather is reasonable.
The Apiary is right by the traffic lights in Stockdove Way, though hidden amongst trees so easy to miss!
We recommend wellies which protect ankles from stings! Long trousers, and a long sleeved shirt or blouse good too.
We can lend you a beekeepers veil to keep you safe while you watch us opening a hive and showing you what goes on inside. The apiary site is very basic and without amenities (there are no toilets!).
Public Transport
E2, E7, E9 go along the Ruislip Road East to the south of the Apiary (get off at the Argyle Road, Ruislip Road East Junction, near the Gurnell Swimming Pool).
Bus 95 go along the Western Ave (A40) to the North, disembark at the Medway Estate or Argyle Road stops.
Buses 297 and E5 goes along the Argyle Road and stops within 100 metres of the apiary, to the North
